a. I am not a nerd!
b. Totally agree
c. When you are frustrated yourself from “lack of love” it could be challenging representing your company to your employees when they complain in your talks…
d. I set a meeting with each employee once a week (or two) and I always start with personal conversation (showing love) before switching to work status. You could argue that perhaps it is not best mixing love with work but in a practical world you do need to find practical balance (and so far for all I can feel it works)
